Cincy Casino sued by Ohio State University over name

The football stadium of the Ohio State University at times holds concerts as well, when it is not being used for sports. At present, the Buckeyes are the No. 2 ranked college football team in the nation.

This case comes a little after the Caesars Entertainment, which owned a piece of the casino, declared that they are leaving the Ohio casino market. They would no longer manage the properties in Cleveland and in Cincinnati. Rock Gaming of Dan Gilbert that owns the casinos outright is all set to be renamed by the middle of next year.
